Cervical radiculopathy is the problem that probably every other person complaining now a days and etiology mostly age-related related posture hectic work routine. Objective: Current trial was designed to associate impact of cervical pull, foramen initial both combined techniques on level disablement, pain range motions spine in individuals having radiculopathy. Methods: Sampling technique non-probability participants were allocated into 3 groups. A, B C. Informed consent taken all subjects instructed about trial. Patients who taking medications or denied participate study excluded. age 30-50years not medication included conclude manual techniques. assigned treatment groups based inclusion criteria which diagnosed MRI unilateral upper extremity numbness result test positive out 4. distraction test, Spurling Test, Ipsilateral rotation Upper-limb tension test. Results: In group mean 42.41±6.86 years, 40.95± 7.32 years 42.50±5.77 8(60%) crabby sharp shooting A. 4(35%) describe as burning tingling 1(5%) felt deep dull ache. analysis baseline after completion assessment each group, variant determined considerable outcomes with p <0.05 terms Range motion (ROMs) neck pain.
